How we hold your information.
The same standards we apply to client financial data. No special pleading for marketing forms.
We only collect what we need to do the work. No tracking pixels beyond anonymised analytics. No data brokers. No re-selling of contacts.
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Database access restricted by IP allowlist and role-based credentials.
Booking and contact records retained 7 years for tax / audit obligations. AI call transcripts retained 24 months, then permanently deleted. You can request deletion sooner — see below.
You can request export or deletion of everything we hold about you at any time, no questions asked. We action within 30 days, usually within 5 business days.
AI Strategist call disclosure.
When you start a call with our AI Strategist, the conversation is recorded, transcribed and analysed by our third-party voice AI provider (Fireflies.ai). The transcript is reviewed by a senior consultant who then prepares your plan and responds within 1 to 2 business days.
Who else touches your data.
